Phew. The overnights are done for now...so what did I do after my last shift? I stayed up the rest of day. Marcus and I met up with Terry-a, Steve, and Seren and had brunch. Then Marcus and I went to the wonderland we call The ABC Carpet Warehouse in the Bronx (discounted compared to their store in Union Square)! We bought an Edwardian style leather chair for our desk...Marcus fell in love with it. We were really looking for a dining room table, but no luck just yet. We're on the prowl for a Danish style set. Today I decided to indulge in the On Demand functions of our cable TV. I just watched "Zack and Miri Make a Porno"...it was pretty amusing. It's about long time friends who fall into hard financial times, decide to make a porno together, and end up admitting that they've really had feelings for each other all this time. I'd recommend it for a laugh. Well I better go do sit ups...
