Ya, I'm gonna bust out with a little transcendentalism...or maybe not, but you know what I mean, sort of...! As I left the hospital tonight to call one of my friends out on the west coast, it dawned on me I didn't even know what day of the week it was. The overnights have me all over the place: the worst sleeping patterns, and in total disconnect with normal schedules. Well today wasn't so busy at work. I got home on time. So that was good. The last frontier: my last night on overnights is tomorrow...then I'm free of it for a couple of months...cuz' hot-damn, I miss daylight!
